“Back to the Future” Vintage Fan Club Magazines (Downloadable) – All Four Issues and More!

Back to the Future TitleBack around the time that “Back to the Future II” came out you were able to join the “Back to the Future” fan club.  What you received for your $9.95 was a full year of the “Back to the Future” magazine (4 quarterly issues), a patch, some stickers, a pencil, a mini-poster, an 8×10 photo, a membership card, and a kick in the ass!  (Okay, I made the kick in the ass one up.  It was other fan clubs that usually offered that one).

As it so happens, the magazine was only offered for one year, probably because once the third film came out there was nothing new to report.  So only four issues were ever released. And all of these issues you can view below in PDF form.

Although the issues are all very lean in page count, they do offered some interesting content. I’ve also included a Japanese collector’s magazine for “Back to the Future Part II,” along with some lobby cards from that film as well.

Back to the Future Video GameFollowing that is the trailer for the reissue of the “Back to the Future” video game.  I’ve played it on the PS3 and really enjoyed it.  It really does play like a fourth film in the franchise.  I’ll probably pick up this newer version for the PS4.  I’d like to replay it again at some point. The game comes out on October 13th (tomorrow). It’s available for the PS4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360.

And finally, I’ve added the new commercial for the “Back to the Future” hoverboard.  (And no, it’s not real.)  But I’d really like to know why, in the commercial, Mr. Cool is riding on a girls hoverboard. Not so cool, pal!  No so cool.
