Conan O’Brien and Andy Richter are headed to San Diego’s annual Comic-Con this weekend and they’re going in full “Mad Max” style. Parodying a scene from the latest “Mad Max: Fury Road” flick, Conan plays the part of the guitar flaming The Doof Warrior while Andy dresses up as the ever-freaky looking Immortan Joe.

The new “X-Files” TV series doesn’t premiere until January 24, 2016, but Fox just gave us our first glimpse of Mulder and Scully together again after 7 years. It’s a short snippet mixed in with older clips from the show highlighting Fox’s ‘201 Days of X-Files,’ a marathon of every episode of the old TV series leading up to the new series (which consists of 6 new episodes).
It’s been almost 30 years since “Back to the Future” hit movie screens (July 3, 1985). It’s one of those timeless films that just doesn’t seem to ever age. And like another film that comes to mind (“The Shawshank Redemption”), whenever it pops up on cable, I can just never seem to change the channel. No matter how many times I watch it, it never gets old. It just so happens to be one of my all-time favorites.

I just picked up my copy of “Batman: Arkham Knight” for the Playstation 4. And I decided to buy the game guide as well (in case I got stuck somewhere along the way). And I happened to make a little observation as I went to check out. All I can say is that I certainly hope their gameplay is better than their spelling skills.

Some Behind the Scenes B-Roll footage has been released for the upcoming Arnold Schwarzenegger film “Terminator Genisys.” It runs just over seven minutes. And it goes without saying (but I’ll say it anyway) that if you don’t want to be SPOILED and go into the film fresh, you may want to avoid this until after you’ve seen the film.
I guess it’s time to add another pic to the Hollywood Mugshot Wall of Shame. Only this mugshot is ripped right from the “Star Wars” universe.
Last Wednesday, Young Anakin Skywalker himself, Jake Lloyd, 26, was arrested in Charleston, South Carolina after leading Sheriff’s Deputies on a high speed pursuit that went for miles. Eventually Lloyd lost control of his car and crashed into some trees. He was charged with failing to stop, resisting arrest, reckless driving and driving without a license.

Several full movie clips have been surfacing recently from the new “Terminator Genisys” film which is due out on July 1st. Though it seems that many people are skeptical due to their dislike for “Terminator: Salvation” and to a lesser extent “Terminator 3” I actually think this one is going to be very entertaining and turn out well. And from the James Cameron clip I’m embedding below, it seems he agrees.

Some new photos have popped up from the upcoming “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” flick. The first one has Han Solo (Harrison Ford) back in the pilot’s seat of the Millennium Falcon with new characters Finn and Rey in tow. The next one is of The General (Domhnall Gleeson) and Captain Phasma.

So “Jurassic World” turned out to be a huge smashing hit this past weekend. It made $208.8 million at the domestic box office and $524.4 million worldwide. That’s certainly a lot of moola! But I still think “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” has a good shot of overtaking that record in December.
