A Star Trek Exhibit Tour – Pictures and Video (Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles)

I love a good Star Trek Exhibit.  And I love any excuse to visit the Skirball Cultural Center located in Los Angeles, CA.  This particular tour just ended a couple of days ago.  It ran from October 7, 2021 until February 20, 2022.  But if you weren’t able to make it, you can check out all of the pictures I posted below or click on the video to watch my extensive walk-through of the exhibit.

“Star Trek: Discovery” Paley Center Exhibit Photos

I’ve been a Star Trek fan since the day I was born.  Or so it would seem to me.  Because I don’t ever remember when I didn’t watch Star Trek in one form or another.   It started with the original series and worked its way from there.  I wasn’t born when the original series aired, but thanks to syndication, I was quickly able to catch up.  Well, quickly in terms of only the one episode a day that aired, not like the binge-watching apps we have today.

The “Star Trek Beyond” Trailer Beams Down (With Screenshots)

Star Trek Beyond TitleParamount Pictures has released the first trailer for the new “Star Trek” movie entitled “Star Trek Beyond.” 

The entire cast from the previous two films return for this new entry in the franchise.  Joining the cast this time around is Idris Elba as the primarily villain and Sofia Boutella in an unknown alien role.

“Star Trek: The Animated Series” Script & Storyboards for ‘The Time Trap’

Star Trek The Animated SeriesFour years after the end of the Original Star Trek Series (1966-69), Paramount commissioned “Star Trek: The Animated Series (1973-74) to run Saturday mornings on NBC, with the first episode debuting September 8, 1973.

New “Star Trek Beyond” Video and Photos

Star Trek Beyond Title CardSome new behind the scenes video and photos have popped up online for the upcoming “Star Trek” sequel which goes by the name “Star Trek Beyond.”  

In the footage (and pics) shown, we get our first glimpse at the new Starfleet uniforms along with our first look at a new alien (played by Sofia Boutella of “Kingsmans: The Secret Service).

Is Benedict Cumberbatch’s Khan in “Star Trek 3?”

Cumberbatch KhanBenedict Cumberbatch was recently on “The Graham Norton Show.”  Aside from doing a couple spot on voice impressions and talking about his fear of the word “Penguins,” he was asked if he was in the new “Star Trek” film.  You’ll have to watch the video below for his answer.  Don’t fear, it’s near the beginning.  But the whole thing is worth a view.  He also answers if he has a part in the new “Star Wars” film.
