ALF Series Finale Alternate Ending – ALF Goes Home

ALF was a popular American sitcom that aired on NBC from September 22, 1986, through March 24, 1990.

The show centers on ALF—short for “Alien Life Form”—whose real name is Gordon Shumway. After crash-landing into the garage of a suburban California family, he’s taken in by the Tanners, a typical middle-class household. The family is led by Willie Tanner (played by Max Wright) and his wife Kate (Anne Schedeen), along with their children Lynn and Brian, portrayed by Andrea Elson and Benji Gregory.

Several years ago, I wrote a TV pilot called Jenny… In Training about a sharp, slightly edgy young woman searching for her place in life. On the brink of leaving home for college and tasting freedom for the first time, her future suddenly collapses. Her parents have blown through her college fund and are kicking her out. Suddenly, she’s on her own in a small apartment, forced to find a job, pay bills, and navigate adulthood without a safety net.

Fallout’s The Pip-Boy 3000 Mk V Prop Replica

Geeking Out Over the Star Wars Retro Action Figure Set

I remember a long time ago in a galaxy not so far, far away when the Star Wars action figures were first introduced back in the late 1970’s.  In the stores, it created a mob of people who pushed, shoved and trampled anyone who got in their way from owning their first piece of one of the very first blockbuster films of all time.   I remember this because as a little kid, I was the one being pushed, shoved, and trampled by the adults around me in order to obtain this Star Wars gold.  Lucky for me, when the crowd disbursed, the store brought out a whole bin-full of these action figures so I didn’t miss out on buying any of them that day.  I just got a little bruised in the process.

Reviewing The Goonies Adventure Collection (One-Eyed Willy’s Map, Key, & Doubloon)

In 1985, Superman Director Richard Donner released one of the best adventure films of all time — The Goonies.  Between the exciting screenplay and the talented cast of characters, the film just really jumped off the screen and transcended the time period to essentially make it a timeless film that all could enjoy.

A Star Trek Exhibit Tour – Pictures and Video (Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles)

I love a good Star Trek Exhibit.  And I love any excuse to visit the Skirball Cultural Center located in Los Angeles, CA.  This particular tour just ended a couple of days ago.  It ran from October 7, 2021 until February 20, 2022.  But if you weren’t able to make it, you can check out all of the pictures I posted below or click on the video to watch my extensive walk-through of the exhibit.

Ghostbusters Ultimate Collection – Why Did It Sell Out? And Other Answers

If you’re a Ghostbusters fan, then the recently released Ghostbusters Ultimate Collection Box Set was the collection you wanted to own.  Released February 1st, it included Blu-rays and 4k disks for Ghostbusters I, II, Afterlife, along with digital codes for all three films, additionally including the 2016 reboot Answer the Call.  Plus a mini reproduction of the fantastic 1980’s book “Making Ghostbusters.”
