Actor Christopher Lee passed away on Sunday, June 7th in Chelsea, London, England, at the age of 93 due to heart failure. His career spanned the course of almost 70 years, starring in films from “The Curse of Frankenstein” all the way to the “Star Wars” prequels and “The Lord of the Rings” and “The Hobbit” trilogies. His last film, “The 11th” isn’t scheduled for release until next year.
“The Martian” is a new sci-fi film by renowned director Ridley Scott. In it, Matt Damon plays Astronaut Mark Watney who is left behind on Mars after presumed dead. Watney then has to use all of his ingenuity to survive on the Red Planet until rescue can be had.

I’ve got to tell you — I thought “Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom!” was a trailer for a new Lego video game at first. I love those Lego games. They really are just a ton of stupid fun. Yeah, I know, I should be outside playing in the mud with my friends instead of spending all of my time in front of the TV corrupting my innocent mind with video games. But when it comes to these Lego games, I just can’t help myself. The mud will still be there when I’m done.

I loved “Army of Darkness,” although I was only a moderate fan of the other two “Evil Dead” films. Yeah, I know – how dare I not love them all. Well, the first one I felt played more like a student film. I enjoyed the second one much more. But the third one really found its groove. Like everyone else, I felt they should have done more with the series years back (the remake doesn’t count). But I’ll take what they give us now. I’m not complaining. See, no complaining. Just give us more Bruce “The Ash” Campbell fighting dead thingamajigs.

But they did give us the second best thing. We got us some Supergirl! And she comes in the form of actress Melissa Benoist (Glee, Homeland, Whiplash).
A new trailer has been released by Sony for the “Batman: Arkham Knight” video game showcasing some PlayStation 4 exclusive content. We get things such as the classic Adam West era Batman skin and Batmobile, a futuristic Justice League 3000 Batsuit and some Scarecrow Nightmare Missions.
