Universal Pictures just unveiled the trailer for “Ted 2.” I thought the first one was hilarious so I can only hope that Seth McFarlane brings more of the same funny to its sequel. That’s “Ted” funny and not “A Million Ways to Die in the West” funny, which I didn’t find funny at all. That was a disappointing picture. But back to “Ted 2” now.
Per the FOX Website: FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.

The most recent issue of Empire Magazine has revealed a bunch of new pics from “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” The film hits theaters on May 1, 2015.
Michael Keaton gave a great speech when accepting his Golden Globe for best actor in a comedy or musical for the movie “Birdman” at the 2015 Golden Globes Awards Ceremony. But even so, I felt it could have been slightly better. I think this version would have been more effective.

The first official trailer for Marvel’s Ant-Man premiered during Marvel’s “Agent Carter” debut last night (which I happened to enjoy very much and hope it goes beyond its limited series release.) The trailer was okay – didn’t knock me out, but didn’t turn me away either. But it is just a teaser. Since I love everything Marvel, I’m sure I’ll end up seeing it.

J.J. Abrams and Company released the identities of the characters highlighted in the recently released “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” teaser trailer. And they did it in a pretty cool way. They revealed them on mocked-up Topps trading cards from the 70’s. (Courtesy of Entertainment Weekly)
