Know It All Joe’s Seasonal Observation

December 24, 2015 by Know It All Joe

So I was passing by the Apple Store the other day and took a peek inside. And all I can say is this… It’s a good thing these red-shirted Apple Store employees aren’t living in the “Star Trek” universe.

The Bear in the Chair Animated Movie/Book Trailer - Alternate Music Version

Now Playing

I published a children's storybook and a companion coloring book based on the same characters and adventures. This video shows what the story might look like as an animated family ...movie, but it's really a fun way to introduce the book.

Children will love following Myles and Moxley on their exciting adventures, filled with fun, friendship, laughter, and imagination. Unlike a traditional picture book, this is an illustrated storybook, offering a richer story with more to read while still featuring engaging illustrations throughout. And when the reading is done, the coloring book lets children continue the fun by bringing their favorite characters and scenes to life.

In this version of the trailer, I changed the soundtrack to give it a more traditional animated movie feel.

This is the first fully functional, screen-accurate, wearable 1:1 recreation of the Pip-Boy 3000 featured in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. It also functions as a real clock with a built-in alarm and includes a precisely crafted display stand for showcasing it when not being worn.

A company called Replica Props (ReplicaProps.com) has just released its brand-new Omni Prop Replica Time Travel Device, based on the iconic gadget from the beloved 1982 NBC sci-fi adventure series ...Voyagers!.

Voyagers! was a science-fiction adventure series about a time traveler named Phineas Bogg, and a young boy named Jeffrey Jones, who journeyed through history correcting events that had gone off course. It aired on NBC from October 1982 to July 1983 and lasted one season consisting of 20 episodes.

The centerpiece of Voyagers! was the Omni, a pocket-watch-like device that enabled its users to travel through time. When the Omni flashed red, it signaled that something in that historical period was wrong and needed to be corrected; when it displayed a solid green light, it meant history was back on track and events were unfolding as they should.

Today, I'm unboxing one of the first units from the current production run of what is arguably the most screen-accurate Voyagers! Omni prop replica ever produced. While several Omni replicas have been released over the years—many in very small quantities—none have matched the level of detail, craftsmanship, and accuracy found in this version.

ALF Series Finale Alternate Ending - ALF Goes Home

I always hated how the show ALF ended on a cliffhanger with no resolution. Yes, I know they made a TV movie, but that wasn't very good. I wanted to ...see ALF go home. So after all these years, I fixed it. It now has a more satisfying conclusion.
