I’m still very much on the fence when it comes to CBS’s “Supergirl.” Though I like all things Super, this show, and it’s girl empowerment message that it not so subtly tries to jam down your throat, seems to be stuck in the 90’s somewhere along with that other sub-par Super show “Lois and Clark.”
On Tonight’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Ben Affleck helped to introduce the new trailer for next years fleck (uh, I mean flick) “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.” This comes on the heels of Jimmy Kimmel’s last superhero trailer reveal with “Captain America: Civil War.”
During tonight’s episode of “Gotham” on Fox, a new Teaser/Scene was shown from the upcoming flick “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.”
A Full New Trailer will be presented on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” this Wednesday, December 2. The film comes out on March 25, 2016.
The Villain ‘King Shark’ made his way to the CW’s “The Flash” this past Tuesday in the episode entitled “The Fury of Firestorm.”
The graphics were actually quite good for a small screen show. So much so, that the folks over at “The Flash” said that this scene was about all they could afford to do. So don’t get your hopes up on seeing a lot more of this fishy villain. Though I would be quite disappointed if he didn’t pop up again at some point in the series run.
And that being said, I think it goes without saying…
Preview reels were shown last weekend at the New York Comic-Con for superhero shows “Arrow,” “The Flash,” and the Marvel Netflix series “Daredevil.”
As much as I enjoy “Arrow,” I feel that “The Flash” still beats it in terms of quality and fun. Lets face it, the folks over at “Arrow” need to take a chill pill and lighten up a bit. It’s just so dour all the time. Though, let’s keep “Daredevil” just as it is.
Hey, even Batman’s got to chill out from time to time. I bet the Joker drove him to it!
On August 17, Yvonne Joyce Craig, better known as TV’s Batgirl from the 1960’s campy “Batman” show, passed away at the age of 78 at her home in Pacific Palisades, CA.
Empire Magazine’s new issue hits newsstands tomorrow and here are some of the pics you’ll find inside for the new “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” film hitting theaters on March 25, 2016.
I know I’m way behind on this one by a few days, but I thought I’d throw it up here anyway.
Warner Bros released the new “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” trailer this past weekend at Comic-Con. In it, we get our very first look of the new Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) in action. Along with our first glimpse of Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor. And let’s not forget some good ‘ol Batman and Superman throwdowns. And I believe there’s a new “Batman” desert-type suit (see pic below).
Warner Brothers has released the first trailer for its 2016 film “Suicide Squad.” This is the same version that was shown at San Diego’s Comic-Con this past weekend. Though they had no intention of releasing this particular version online, due to it being bootlegged, they decided to reverse that decision.
