The New Marvel Film Schedule Through 2020

Marvel TitleMarvel has updated their feature film schedule through 2020.  This should see us all the way through Phase Three and to the beginning of Phase Four.  To think , I have to wait until 2019 to see how this Avengers thing wraps up (at least this current incarnation).  I’m going to be like 105 years old by the time this whole Marvel thing plays out.  Maybe by that point Westerns will be back in.

Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.”

Watch the “Fantastic Four” Extended Preview

Fantastic Four Title Card20th Century Fox has released an extended four minute preview for it’s upcoming “Fantastic Four” reboot hitting theaters this Friday.  I realize a lot of fans are skeptical, but I tend to think it looks interesting.  Hey, it can’t be any worse than the two films that came before.  Though, in fairness, I found them watchable, but far from great.

“Deadpool” Teaser Trailer for the Real Trailer

Deadpool Slider ImageFox just released a teaser trailer for the actual trailer (which comes out tomorrow) for their upcoming movie “Deadpool” starring Ryan Reynolds.  Normally I hate teasers to trailers. They’re actually promoting a promotion.  I think the whole concept is silly (like having to sit through a commercial on YouTube to watch a commercial).  Oh well.  21st century, here we are!

Know It All Joe’s Observation of the Day (Marvel vs. Jurassic World)

Marvel vs Jurassic WorldSo “Jurassic World” turned out to be a huge smashing hit this past weekend.  It made $208.8 million at the domestic box office and $524.4 million worldwide.  That’s certainly a lot of moola!  But I still think “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” has a good shot of overtaking that record in December.
